What is CBD?

Cannabidiol (CBD) is the most prevalent cannabinoid found in the cannabis plant. It’s history in medicine dates back to prehistory. It has long been pushed aside while scientists and users focused on the mind-altering component, THC.

CBD has been known to reduce anxiety and stress, inflammation and pain; as well as topical ailments like psoriasis, acne and eczema.

CBD oil is non-intoxicating, has almost no side effects, and is virtually impossible to lethally overdose.

Where does Vision One Naturals CBD come from?

There is a lot of poor quality CBD on the market today due to a lack of regulation and heavily imported products.  Labelling is often inconsistent and unclear making it confusing.

Our hemp is grown and processed by hand year-round in greenhouses located in Evergreen, CO. They use a hybrid soil-aquaponic grow system that is completely organic and chemical, pesticide, and fertilizer free. The ability to grow all year in the greenhouses means we can always maximize terpene and cannabinoid retention while providing an optimally effective and consistent product.

What should I look for when buying CBD?

Consider the following questions:

  •  Where is the hemp grown or sourced from?
  •  Can they show you where the hemp is grown and extracted?
  • Is the CBD product full spectrum or isolate?
  •  Is it 3rd party lab tested? — This is a big on because it will lay out ingredient and potency. 

Is it 3rd party tested?

All of our oil is made from CBD rich hemp flowers and is 3rd party lab tested for purity and potency. Third party lab testing means we ship our product to a lab where every batch of hemp is tested. Click Here to view the latest results!

What is the benefits of a CBD Isolate ?

CBD isolate is what it sounds like: the extraction of CBD from the cannabis plant so that the subsequent product is “pure” CBD.  Companies that do this use some kind of extraction process.  They remove unwanted plant material from the extraction, giving you a concentrated CBD isolate, which only amplifies the healing properties of the cannabinoid.

Is CBD intoxicating?

No. The products we make are so low in THC that the risks of getting any intoxicating effects are virtually non-existent. CBD does not have psychoactive qualities. 

What method of extraction is used?

Pure ethanol is the only solvent we use during extraction. The resulting oil is heat purged to ensure it is completely ethanol free before being added to our products.

Do the topical and tincture products do the same thing?

When CBD is used topically, it stays local to the area applied. Oral applications of CBD will allow the endocannabinoid system to distribute CBD to all areas of the body. Different types are used to combat various ailments from physical pain to emotional distress.

Do you test on animals?

No! Never!

We are not responsible for last, stolen, or packages shipped to the wrong address. At checkout, please be sure to use the correct shipping address. If package is stolen, please contact FEDEX to file a claim.

Currently within the United States.

What are the shipping options?

Fedex 3-5 business days in the United States.

When will my order ship?

All orders placed after 7am EST, ship next business day. As soon as the order ships you’ll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number.

Please note all orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship the next business day.

We ship all orders via Fedex.

I am having problems with tracking my order.

Email us at vision1naturasl@gmail.com , including your order number and tracking number if possible.

After a package has been marked as DELIVERED and if package can not be located, we require a 24-36 hour wait time to ensure Fedex will not make another attempt for delivery.

How can I edit my shipping address?

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email vision1naturals@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Due to our fast turn around time, incorrect address information needs to be submitted within 10 minutes of placing the order.

We are not responsible for packages shipped to the incorrect address entered by customer. If address entered is incorrect and package has left our facility, it is suggested to contact your local Fedex office to locate or visit www.fedex.com. We will not re-ship an order due to incorrect address entered by customer.

What if my order is marked delivered but is no where to be found?

If your order has been marked as DELIVERED by Fedex and is no where to be found, please email vision1naturasl@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Returns & Exchanges

Can I make changes or cancel my order?

Due to our quick processing time, we are unable to cancel or modify an order after it has been submitted.

What is your return policy?

We do not accept cancellations, price adjustments, returns or refunds on orders at this time, however if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us below immediately at vision1naturals@gmail.com.
